All photos are delivered, fully developed, and edited refer to ‘How does retouching work?’ If you want to add your own style or text you can on any platform, the files are all Jpeg unless otherwise stipulated when booking the photoshoot (Tiff and PSD format available for designers).

All the images you receive are developed RAW files, edited for colour, contrast, exposure, sharpness etc. All are social media ready for posting the minute you receive them. High resolution Jpeg files without watermarks and web size files. All images are edited authentically unless a client specifically requests an extensive beauty retouch service – this is quoted per image based on the requirement.

Generally, 48 hours for 30 minutes to two-hour photoshoots (photos only) Up to 5 business days for larger packages and video production content, unless an earlier delivery is pre arranged when booked. 

One outfit is considered a look, each change of clothes is basically a new look. I try to capture as many varieties as possible with each look, changing a jacket, scarves, jewellery, glasses are all within the same look as well as changing backgrounds, close by or shooting from a different angle. Sitting, talking, walking, thinking, multitasking, the list goes on and is relevant for what you do in business. When photographing outdoors the best location is a diverse one. Indoors wall, lounge, chair, desk, table, bench, floor etc. We look at framing, mood, variety, gestures and most importantly body language. How you want to be seen.

We understand life happens, sometimes its out of our control. If bad weather, we will do our absolute best in the circumstances even if it requires a last-minute change of location. All types of weather have positive and negative points to consider. For example, overcast days provide a flattering light and more range to shoot on locations, each type of weather provides a unique approach to the photoshoot. As far as situations and emergencies go all I ask for is honest and open communication, I want you to have an awesome photoshoot experience, at the same time I want to be respectful of your time and my own and my staff especially when we travel to you. If you need to reschedule at the last minute, there may be an additional fee to cover the hair and makeup artist. Great news – your booking fee is good for 24 months and your payment locks in at the rate you booked at for up to 12 months.

You can especially if its one you’ve hired to go shopping with you for the photoshoot. 90% of my clients are styled by me, it’s all included in your package. When you work with me, I do offer a complementary virtual wardrobe/style consult to refine your outfit collection. I find this really helps women especially when they are unsure. I have direct contact with some awesome stylists if you do want to hire one.

Over the years I’ve worked with way too many to count. My professional hair and makeup artist are the best I’ve worked with in the industry. These ladies know their stuff, skin tones are seamless, say goodbye to blotchy poorly matched foundation. Their products are perfectly suited for photo and video lights, they are highly skilled at what they do and beautiful people to work with. If doing your own, please be aware there is an extra fee for beauty retouching if the foundation pigment isn’t even or a non-photographic brand casting orange or yellow tones in shadow, sunlight or flash and continuous light.

Absolutely, you can become a VIP client if you’re not already. We love working with our VIP clients since our initial foundation is set in the first photoshoot the branding becomes more specific building on what you already have and where you are expanding your business.
