The Process

The first step is always a consult. We talk, or you simply fill out my ‘Business Branding creative brief’ and email it to Monique to gain insight on where you are and where you want to be. Once we have that down, we move onto the fun part – the photoshoot! Most corporate portraits are produced are on location, this adds to the authenticity and captures the true nature of the business in the background. If unsure about a location Monique uses Peerspace to help you choose your perfect location.

Moniques style is very natural and relaxed, which puts her subjects at ease so we can capture some great shots. And finally, during the visual branding strategy session, Monique uncovers all the parts of your business story. What makes you different? What’s your why? What’s your brand message? We crystallise all these things so you can move forward with a clear plan and a cohesive visual identity. Phew! Now wasn’t that painless? You’re welcome.

Next, we plan a detailed shot list including style, lighting, (clothes & props if applicable), locations with specific themes and stories, so you are fully prepared with an image library for future use. You receive information to help you be best prepared for the photoshoot and phone/email support with Monique before and after the day of the photoshoot if need be. What could be easier?

Planning a business branding photoshoot

First, understand your brand. What does your business stand for? What are your core values? Once you have a good grasp on your brand, you can start to look for opportunities within your business to showcase your brand in a unifying way. Do you have a new product or service that you want to highlight? Is there a special event or promotion coming up that you want to promote?

Whatever the opportunity, make sure that it aligns with your business vision. Once you have identified the opportunity, it’s time to start planning the shoot. How many images do you need? What type of images do you need? What style should the images be? These are all important questions we answer before the shoot. By taking the time to plan ahead, you can ensure that your business branding photoshoot is a success.

We plan everything, from what your staff wear, your unique business style, to how you want the public to see your business. And we’re not just talking about the day of the shoot. We also help you plan for how you’ll use the photos afterward, whether that’s for social media, your website, or marketing materials. In short, we take care of everything so that you can focus on what you do best: running your business. So why not give us a call today and see how we can help you take your business to the next level?
